• Surveying the area for any obstructions beneath the ground in the excavation site
• Excavation of the location desired for the window or patio door installation
• Marking and cutting the concrete foundation
• Removing the cut concrete foundation and excess soil
• Installation of the egress well surround. (Fiberglass, Stone, Block, Wood or Aluminum)
• Install framing to the concrete foundation
• Install window, insulation, trim and trim wrap
