Phill Steele has been immersed in carpentry and remodeling since he was old enough to walk, learning the trade alongside his father, Fritz Steele. Growing up in the industry gave Phill a strong foundation in craftsmanship, hard work, and the importance of doing things the right way.
Phill attended the University of Dubuque, where he majored in Health, Wellness, and Recreation while also playing on the Men’s Soccer Team. Inspired from a young age by his father’s work and driven by a passion for transforming homes, Phill founded Steele Home Remodeling LLC in the summer of 2011.
When he’s not on the jobsite, Phill enjoys fishing, playing soccer and basketball, and spending time with his dog, Mac.
